The Haas machines I use on a daily basis don't allow you to jog during feed
hold. However, you can feed hold, then spindle stop. Pressing cycle start
again will restart the spindle and coolant before restarting table motion.
Additionally, if you reset the program, then manually select a line to
start from, the machine will read through and perform any necessary tool
changes, spindle starts, load offsets, etc, necessary to restart without
crashing.
