EMC2 does almost all of this. It will read the program and detect any
tool length or radius
offsets, and put in all the modal parameters that should be in force at
the selected block of
G-code, then move to the position where the previous line left the
machine and resume.
BUT, it won't start the spindle or coolant. I can't figure out why this
is such a big deal
to fix, as it takes care of all the OTHER modal settings, and spindle
and coolant
are also modal settings.
