I'm not Cor, but Yes. However, 'standard' is two 110V "highs" with
Neutral between. High to high is 220V, and used for dryers, spas,
etc. High to neutral is 110V and used for lighting and general
appliances.
And ACTUALLY, 'standard 110' has been creeping upward over the years;
first to 115V, now to 120V. Many locations still have 110V and it is
still used in the vernacular, but 120 and 240 are the
current 'standard' in the USA, AFAIK.
