Yes, I sold about 40 sets of 'mini-kits' for my servo amps. See my web pages

The semi-kit was a PC board, a small transformer core and a few surface mount
capacitors and fuse clips. Full schematics and assembly and test info was included.
I asked people to sign a non-disclosure agreement covering the design, but I don't
have plans to market that amp design anymore, as Mariss has pretty well put
me out of business, price wise. It might be possible to redesign the amp to
make it cheaper to manufacture, though.

Anyway, the servo amp is capable of 100 V at up to 15 A without redesign.
With a little work, it should also be able to handle 200 V or more.
It is a velocity servo amp, so it needs a DC tach, and a command signal,
nominally +/- 10 V from the CNC control. It monitors motor current as
the inner loop, then velocity as the middle loop. The CPU monitors
position for the outer loop. I am using it on a Bridgeport mill conversion
with 1/8 Hp (continuous) motors, and get up to 105 IPM, or as low as
.01 IPM. I will sell the mini-kits for $60, postage included within the US.
I will need to get a few orders together before sending out to have a new
batch of boards made. (I need a couple for myself, too.) It will cost
about $130 additional to complete each servo amp, although if you have
a very well stocked electronics parts supply, that will be cheaper.

I have also made up a set of boards that count encoder position and
generate the velocity commands, and works off the PC's parallel port.
