At least for now, I'd like to keep the FPGA configurations to myself.
I don't know what good they would do you, anyway, without Xilinx's
software to compile them. Anyone with an EPROM programmer can
steal the configuration bitstream if they want to do so. The register
definition and schematic will be public, so people can write drivers
for other software, and figure out how to connect it up. Most of that
info is already on my web site.
