It is so refreshing to hear such an outstanding customer support story.
One thing I like about his "lean" documentation is that at least it is
easy to find - being printed on coloured paper (that ships with the
drive). I find I always have tons of white paper docs floating around
and the coloured Gecko paper always stands out when I need to refer to it.
Sean, you were very gracious (in defeat) to share your experience and
hopefully save others from the same misadventure. Sounds like you still
have your sense of humour - I loved the reference to planet electron! I
think we should change this NG to the Mariss/Gecko fan club...
