Most wiper motors reverse to park the blades. If a brush is grounded,
then is reversing
done by switching the field direction, or doesn't this one reverse? If
it is set up
for a series wound field, it will make a HIDEOUS servo motor. You will
need to
rewind the field as a shunt field.
