Sort of, using their dovetail setup, but backing it up differently. Consider
the following:

________________________________________

table
__________________ _______________
________________ / \ _____________
// \\
base // \\ base
//_____________\\
/ |__ __| \
\ /
,O.
__//_\\__
_________

The section below center of the dovetail would be a, "Roundway", roller set up.
I, "drew", it in, "upside down", as the roller base is more substantial than the
rail base. This would allow wear adjustments as simple as cranking the roundway
base and rail further up into the dovetail. Roundways can be checked out at:

http://www.thomsonindustries.com/Sections/Products/OldWeb/oldweb_products_main.asp?PC=5000000

They're under the linear guides section, and they have both single, or dual,
(as per above), types.
