I've pried bits and pieces of information from several sources on this subject. Moglice and its competitors are supposedly amine cured epoxies filled with MS02, graphite and/or TFE, along with other thus-far undisclosed fillers.

MS02 is available from McMaster, graphite from Raka Epoxy and powdered TFE from a piano tuner's supply house at http://www.spurlocktools.com/id39.htm

The other fillers might include fumed silica (also from Raka) and chopped polypropylene fibers (its out there, can't remember the URL).
