You would probably need a .75mm nozzle to get that large of an extrusion,
but they are available. I think you can even get 1mm nozzles now. the
extruded profile is not directly related to the nozzle diameter (you can
simply extrude faster or slower than you move to change the relative
profile) but there are limits to what you can do. I use a .5mm nozzle, and I
have not really tried that large of a profile (I usually use .35/.6), but I
suspect it would be a bit too large.
